blogging break

No, I have not stopped blogging, though my lack of recent posts may have given that impression. I have decided to take a bit of a Summer break, continue my reading and observations on social media, and take time for cycling. I recently completed a 4-day trip to Cape Breton, enjoying the slow pace of life and the time to watch the world go slowly by.

Cycling across Livingstones Pond, near Port Hood, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia

I am off to Johannesburg later this week where I will be giving several presentations and running workshops focused on work in perpetual beta and personal knowledge mastery. I learn as much from these as the participants do. Following this break and with my upcoming travel I am sure I will have many new ideas to discuss here on this blog. Later this year I will be posting my 3,000th blog post and I have no intention of stopping.

This Autumn I will be in Oslo, Helsinki, and Maastricht and I look forward to meeting old and new friends and colleagues.

Thanks, Jesse! I’ve been enjoying lots of extended rides on the bike during our unusually warm and dry Summer.
